2009-10 TEAM ORDER FORM

1 Team Fee: $35- This covers our spaghetti dinners before each race, the BBQ at the end of the season, the Banquet, and much much more! EVERYONE NEEDS TO CONTRIBUTE, PLEASE WRITE YOUR CHECK TODAY so we can get started on all the fun!

2 Team Jacket: $60
All skiers need to purchase one of these since it is our team outfit. They are used during the races, practices and other Ski Team activities. The jacket is our "Team Uniform" so that we all look like a team! (These are not the same as the Team Sweatshirts)

3 Training Warmup Pant: $45
These are highly recommended for use during practices and warmups and cooldowns at races.

4 Team Hats: $20

5 Racing Vest: $43

6 Travel Mug: $20

7 Womens Sports Bra: $27

Please consider making a donation.

Donations are always appreciated! The Booster Club always appreciates extra donations! This money will cover any activities or items that the ASD school is not able to cover for us. (Please make checks out to "SHS XC Running Team Booster Club". THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT - we couldn't do it without you ! This is a tax deductable donation in accordance with the 5013C stipulations.

Please make all checks out to SHS Ski Team Boosters Club. You can give your order to one of the coaches.

Basically the Nordic Ski Club handles the race but we need parents to help on the sidelines. Help is needed with race bibs/retrieval, washing; timing/recording; stadium security; trail monitoring; providing donuts to NSAA crew; handing out blankets to skiers; etc. Beginners are welcome!! Photos & Videos at Races	bruceta@alaska.net.	You can take photos & videos at practices and races - just show up when ever you want. We post photos on the web and use videos at practices/races for the banquet and to critique technique.
Volunteer \| More Info NOTE: If submitting photos, please reduce them down to 3.5x2.5 or so, 72 dpi, so that we will not need to reduce the sizes down for the web ourselves....and please just pick out the better ones... the photos will get on the web quicker! Thanks. If you aren't able to do that, no worry, we can do that for you. Please, also save a copy at 150-300 dpi for the video at the Banquet. PLEASE PICK OUT THE BEST ONES and SUBMIT NO MORE THAN 20 PER PERSON PER RACE. Thanks. This will make for quicker posting.

Help coaches where needed at races. These volunteers would need to arrive at the race venue before the team arrives to make sure the tent, heat, drinks, and snacks are ready for the team, especially on cold days. We don't assign anyone to this, if you are interested or are on the list at right, just show up at practice at 2:00. No need to let us know ahead of time - just show up when you want..
